Target audience: Individuals identified by the organization to improve work processes. The Agency CEO and top leadership team should be the first to attend this program, followed by staff that report to the top leadership team. Ideally, an agency team that will be tasked with conducting 3T’s training to other agency staff should attend a training-for-trainers program conducted by TGA.
Course description:
This program works on building a quality initiative culture that focuses on process improvement and leading for results. Course components address creating an Executive Steering Council, Quality Councils, Process Action Teams, Quality Improvement Tools & Techniques, and Problem Solving. This program fits extremely well with the TGA leader development programs as both arenas work to foster leader, team, and organizational productivity. This material is a softer approach to the typical “Six-Sigma,” “Lean Manufacturing,” and “Black-belt/Green belt,” training protocol. This course can be taught to all employees to improve their work processes. The materials are easily understood, and practical to use.
