Levels 1-3, leader development programs
(face-to-face classroom delivery, or online delivery programs) are listed below.
Level 1 Leader Development Program
Target audience: Middle-Managers (public/private sector employees)
Course description:
This is a 2-Day classroom, or, (4, 3-hour, online sessions) program, targeting participants who have been recently promoted to the mid-level manager position.
The Full Range Leadership Development Model is the flagship for this program. It includes administering the Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ5X), which is a multi-source, 360-degree online instrument measuring self (participant), subordinates, co-workers, and the participants manager leader behaviors. Participants will also receive course-work on Ethics and
Values accompanied by the Ethical Type Inventory, Power and Influence using the Power Base Inventory, and Team Building curriculum. Participants will develop a personal vision and values statement for their workplace, and create a leader development plan (LDP) which they will use for the future. Phone coaching is also provided targeting the LDP.

Level 2 Leader Development Program
Target audience: Senior-Level Leaders (public/private sector employees)
Course description:
Participants attending this 2-Day classroom program or (4, 3-hour online sessions), will generally have led subordinates for several years. Attendees will learn strategies to enhance their ability to self-regulate their thinking, feelings, and behavior. Course materials focus on the Full Range Leadership Model with the Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ5X), 360-degree multi-source, online instrument measuring self (participant), direct reports, peers, and the participants manager, leader behaviors.
Ethics and Values accompanied by the Ethical Leadership Scale, Power and Influence with the Profiles of Organizational Influence Strategies (Subordinate version) on-line instrument, and Self Leader Complexity is also delivered. Participants will also create a leader development plan (LDP) for the future, and phone coaching focusing on the LDP will be provided.
Level 3 Leader Development Program
Target Audience: CEO’s and the Executive Team (private/public sector employees)
Course Description:
Program materials will focus on the Full Range and Authentic Leadership Development Models consisting of the Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ5X), and Authentic Leadership Development Questionnaire (ALQ), 360-degree online instrument. Other components of this program will cover Motivation-To-Lead, Goal Orientation, and Self-Leader Efficacy.
Participants will create a leader development plan, and phone coaching will be provided.
