Target audience: Agency Executives, Senior-Level Leaders, Managers, and Front-Line supervisors of fire, police, corrections, county rangers, state patrol, FBI, DEA etc.

Course description:

This program is a face-to-face, 3-day classroom program. Curriculum covers addressing, In- extremis leadership, managing safety complexity, examining the safety environment, job demands/resources and safety, managing risk, and safety leadership behaviors, developing a high-performance culture/climate, developing and leading high-performance teams in in- extremis situations, scenario planning and analysis, crisis and extreme events leadership, motivation-to-develop as a leader, leader identification, and self/leader efficacy. This is an action packed, three-day event.

Participants will also create a “safety leadership development plan” consisting of goals, objectives, and action steps to enhance organizational health and well-being.
